Elearning Proposal

This educational game aims to be both informative and fun, guiding learners through a playful exploration of the seven wonders of the world.

By the end of the activity, participants should be able to:

  • Identify and map the seven wonders
  • Share interesting stories about their origins and significance.

I created a self-paced learning experience inviting to visit the world and learn about the 7 wonders. To gather the necessary information, I conducted extensive research by reading numerous articles and watching documentaries.

I chose to use French for this project to demonstrate my mastery of this language, which is my primary language.

Design

Storyboard

With the collected information, I elaborated the storyboard using PowerPoint. The game starts with a big map, giving the player the choice of the destination they wish to explore. Thus, there is no mandatory or predefined navigation for discovering the wonders.

The game features an optional quiz that can be taken at any time. The quiz includes different types of questions, ranging from multiple choice to drag-and-drop.

Sounds play an important role in this project. I wanted each scene to be accompanied by a soundtrack typical of the represented regions to enhance the sense of travel and immersion.

Visual Design

I wanted the ambiance of the game to be colorful and joyful, with vibrant colors. Milanote allowed me to create a mood board reflecting the desired effect.
