When reflecting on a new project, I always begin by analyzing to understand and precisely define the need. The principal ingredient to good learning design is correctly defining the "Why".
Next, I determine the most appropriate medium to address the training needs.
I place a strong emphasis on interaction throughout the learning experience and rather than simply delivering information, I like to create opportunities for immersion.
I follow an iterative approach, relying on consistent feedback and thorough analysis.
And, to assess the effectiveness of learning initiatives, I define specific and measurable goals.
