Elearning Proposal
Safety on a construction site is a top priority to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all employees. This e-Learning project aims to train workers on best safety practices, emergency procedures, and current regulations. It is targeted towards construction workers.
Its objectives are to:
- Raise awareness among employees about construction site risks.
- Teach essential safety measures.
- Reduce workplace incidents and accidents.
- Foster a continuous safety culture.
Design
Storyboard
The course is presented as a real game where the objective is to collect badges to earn the title of Safety Hero. It is designed to be immersive, with the learner embodying a hero in the making. The learner is accompanied by the site manager, who acts as a mentor. Through various scenarios interspersed with tests, the site manager presents the essential safety rules for the site.
Visual Design
The visuals are colorful and vibrant, and the different scenes are represented on a map showing the hero’s journey.
